Carte de Sejour

A Carte de Sejour or Titre de Séjour is required to work or live in France for any non-French citizen for a period longer than three months. Apply for the Carte de Sejour at your local Préfecture. Application is free to citizens of EU member states. You will need Indentification, proof of residency (electric bill etc...), how you plan to support yourself (employment letter, savings etc...), proof of medical insurance and three black and white passport photos. You will need to original paperwork plus two photocopies of each.
